The tale

Kael of Ashford descended into the Hollow Cloister on floor 1. He slew a ghoul for his first blood. A trap caught him for 5 damage. Another trap caught him for 5 damage. A fallen adventurer’s pack lay beside a snuffed torch, still buckled shut. Against a ghoul his guard held and he punished the opening. His guard held again and he punished the opening. He descended to floor 2. A pack of skeletons came rattling down the passage, swords raised. The Iron Gatekeeper’s heavy blow struck his guard and it held. The Iron Gatekeeper fell to Kael of Ashford, who took the Crown of Knotted Bone. He descended to floor 3. Skeletons marched out of a side tunnel in a crooked line, looking for a fight. He spotted a trap. He found a secret wall. A trap caught him for 16 damage. He descended to floor 4. He spotted a trap. He spotted another trap. He spotted a trap. He spotted another trap.
